WOOSTAR Motorcycle Speed Controller 36V 800W Replacement for Electrical Scooter E Bike Bicycle Tricycle Brush

Overvoltaged the razor 250w motor to 36v so I bought this controller for that purpose. Way better than the stock controller especially love the variable throttle. Does get a little warm but not too warm. Then I decided to upgrade the motor from 250watt to 350watt for more power and speed and controller takes that quite well too. Does get warmer than before but not hot at all. Please note that this 36v 800watt controller is NOT waterproof due to no silicone around it so make sure it's in a dry enclosure to prevent damage to the controller. Easy to wire up, Blue wire is positive to motor, yellow is negative to motor. Will buy again in future.

This controller has great power output and useful outputs. Supports brake lights, power switch, power status indicator. I just wish you could select the power output of the lights as I'm running 36V and the light output is at 36v too. But nothing a buck converter can't handle.

I wired this to a modified MX350 Razor. I had to do some significant soldering to get it to be plug n play for the bike. I didn't want anything to be hard wired. Not a single plug fit so I had to change them all out. The throttle was the only tricky part since the original is 4 prong and this one was 3. Other than the significant alteration for it to work, it runs like a charm. Thanks.

It worked for about 2 hours then it started smokeing and did not work any more so i have to order another one i checked everything on the scooter is fine and its only running on the original 36v battery which is good so bad box

Little hesitate but turns out to be a great 36v controller . Very good on speed and torque

Working great in my scooter. Pushing a 24 volt 500 watt motor to 36 volts! Easy to hook up. Doesnt get too hot even pushing my 200lbs on my Rad2Go scooter! I took the wires for throttle out of connector and soldered the wires for a better connection than just a crimp! Don't want to lose connection on that!

This item needs instructions: Diagram on the body of the controller shows 6 plugs( in Chinese ) but the controller has 8 plugs coming out of it, only 2 are labeled. The on line picture shows only 6 plugs.

Handles 40v power wheels conversions just fine

Bonjour, J'ai un peu tardé à vouloir le monter sur le quad électrique de mes enfants, en remplacement de celui d'origine qui ne permet plus la charge du pack batterie. Mais en cours de branchement, je me retrouve à ne pas pouvoir brancher la fiche du sélecteur de vitesse, il manque la fiche sur ce nouveau contrôleur, qui est malgré tout identique en tous points à l'original (voir photos). Donc avant d'acheter, ne faites pas comme moi, ne vous fiez pas qu'à la référence et à la photo, mais comptez bien le nombre de connecteurs nécessaires !
