I bought this because I read about MCT powder and watch the video from a doctor about it I'm about to run out of this I think I will buy another one to keep trying it I haven't really seen any difference but I think you have to use it for quite a while to see a difference but so far I have no problems with it It has no taste blends well in a smoothie so if this is what you're looking for it's a great price and so far I have nothing bad to say.

Helps to keep my hunger pangs in check. And has definitely helped to curb my cravings for sweets. I put a scoop in my morning coffee. Doesn't dissolve immediately, you have to stir quite a bit & for whatever reason disposable spoons retain some kind of residue on them that makes the plastic spoon feel rough even after washing it. So use regular silverware.

I just received my product so I’m using it for the first time today. After seeing reviews about it, not mixing very well in coffee, I used my immersion blender (typically used to create froth in coffee). It worked very well. I’ll update to 5 starts after using this powder for 30 days.

I've been using this product for quite awhile (several years) I love it, although it does take a bit of spoon work to get it mixed into my coffee I think it's worth it. Has a slight coconut taste to me but very mild. I use it for the health benefits and think it's a good value for the price.

I was taking another, more expensive brand but wasn't sure it was necessary to spend so much money. So I tried the Garden of Life due to price and positive reviews. My main interest in a quality MCT powder was mental sharpness. I put an inch of crushed ice in a tall glass, add purified water and a level scoop of powder. (The ice helps break down the powder while stirring, and keeps it cold longer.) No matter how long or vigorously I worked at it, I always had gobs of paste floating on top like curdled cottage cheese on 1% milk.. It had a very mild chalky taste, which I was able to ignore. I have 1 scoop of my only container left for tomorrow, but I'm already noticing changes. I can't spit out words or names that aren't normally difficult to recall, and I'm back to the days of "Why did I come into this room?, What am I looking for in the pantry?" So this may be really good for others, but I'm going back to the flavored one that dissolved well, had fewer calories, and offered noticeable results for me.
