My Fav Pan
This is my new favorite pan. It is the perfect size for jelly rolls and making opera cakes. It hasn’t rusted for me, can hold enough batter for the mentioned cakes, cleans easily, is good quality, and has not warped at all. I think due to the thickness of the pan- it’s thick and durable.

Great baking sheet, heavy and dosen't buckle in the oven.

The "non-sticking" wears off after a few months
The non-stick feature is not permanent or long-lasting. I was told it is necessary to spray oil (e.g. Pam) on the to help preserve the non-sticking. However, I have not yet tried using the Pam. I was told by a Williams-Sonoma phone rep that this is true for all non-stick cookie pans

These are literally the best baking trays I’ve ever used. So robust. So easy to clean. Quick wipe and they are clean. Even after cooking sausage rolls! I’ve replaced all my baking trays with these!
