So in my humble opinion, when you're locking stuff up in a public place (like a beach), what you really want is something that's basically very secure, but also something that's an obvious deterrent…in effect, you don't want to be the "easy target"…you wanna be the target that a thief looks at and says, "Not worth it." So when I was looking for a secure lockup for a recent trip, I didn't expect it to be Fort Knox…but rather something that any thief would give up trying to futz with after a couple of minutes of frustration. I would say that the FlexSafe is most definitely that lockup. It's made from a fabric that would require an industrial tool to cut into…and it comes with a reasonably secure lock (sure, after 1,000 tries, a thief is going to guess the combo…but after try 15 or try 20, somebody's gonna notice "that guy over there"). So for keeping beach money and an iPhone safe, I think the FlexSafe is really pretty great…it will definitely set your mind at ease. There's only one thing I found not-so-obvious about it…and perhaps it was just me, but I think I should point it out. If you don't realize this teensy detail, the FlexSafe will seem completely useless. So there is a little nub on the lock…the zipper tab snaps onto it. So, to lock the FlexSafe, you pull the zipper closed…then, holding the zipper tab, pop it onto the little nub on the lock…it might require a bit of wiggling, but it will fit on the nub. The zipper tab then "snaps" into place and, once the FlexSafe is locked, the zipper becomes impossible to pull open. It might seem obvious to most…but it took me about ten minutes to figure this out. Duh! :)

Recently used it on our trip to Volcano Bay and attached it to our non-movable loungers. Barely enough space for two iPhone 12 Pro’s and a small wallet. There’s a small hole in the bottom which should allow a bit of ventilation so phones don’t overheat. Safe seemed to work fine except several times- the lock took several times to either unlock/lock properly and the buttons used to unlock feel cheap. It wouldn’t surprise me if the unlock button break or jam eventually after a few failed attempts/hard presses of the button. Overall I guess it did it’s job and was either to pack in a suitcase but not sure it’s worth the price tag

this product is great. I have used it on several occasions and am so glad I purchased it. In a hotel room you can loop it over a towel rack and then put the towel on top of it for extra security. It cant' be cut, well maybe if they have a laser...

Best gadget ever for the beach! This is the second one that I have purchased. I’ve had the original for probably 10 years. We love our beach trips and being able to lock up our valuables while we take a quick dip in the pool or ocean is clutch. We used to try to hide our phones and room keys or make someone stay behind to watch our stuff, but no more. It’s a tight squeeze, but we were able to fit 4 iPhones and some cash into one. I bought a second for my daughter when she was traveling because I couldn’t part with mine.

The concept is amazing and if the lock works, it’s great. However, I struggled and struggled and struggled to get the bag locked. I tried every which way to Sunday to get it to work, but only had luck once during a recent vacation. Neither my husband or I could even get it closed and locked just sitting in our beach chairs messing with it. Not sure if it’s just this particular bag or the product, but I’m very disappointed. For the price, I shouldn’t have to work up a sweat just trying to use the bag. And, to increase my frustration, my return window closed a few weeks ago.

Love our travel safe! Secure safe stored personal item like passports, credit cards, cash cell phones, and keys) Roomy with easy to program/use personal number(s) to unlock. Easily locked on beach chair or umbrella, or even in hotel room closet clothes bar.

It is expensive but it’s cheap compared to getting your cell phone or credit cards etc stolen by some lowlife when you’re on vacation It is a tank - no one will get through it without major attention being drawn to them.

A bit pricey but well worth it. If only it were fireproof as well!!! Nevertheless, intend o get one or two more of these!

Im Urlaub getestet, wir sind sehr zufrieden. Kann man am Windschutz oder an der Sonnenliege befestigen und keiner kommt ran. Passt auch gut was rein, 2 Handys, Brille und Geld.
