First, the wet/dry vac I ordered is a used one. So, some of the comments are given in that light. With that said, the only problem I had with the product upon inspection was the lack of screws for the handle. But that was no problem. No special screws are required. So, using the spare ones I have on hand worked fine. In case you are thinking that a regular vacuum is as good as a shop vac. Let me clear that up now. Shop vacs are loud. This one is very loud. I use earplugs when I run this vacuum. I suggest you do the same. Holding the hose/extension combo takes a little getting used to. The extensions come off the hose easily. Use two hands, one for the hose and the other for the extension. This issue is something that the manufacturer can fix by twist-locking the extensions and the hose. If used on a carpet, use a one-way pulling motion. Sweeping does not work well. There is no floor attachment or carpet attachment. But there is a car attachment that you can use for the floor. About The Vacuum The suction is good. I had no problems picking up debris of various sizes. The vacuum is lightweight. This shop vac rides on wheels that make moving it a breeze. The assembly is quick and easy. And the instructions are easy to follow. The vacuum has two filters, one standard and the other for fine particles like dust. There is one last distinction between this shop vac and a standard vacuum cleaner. You cannot pick up liquids with a standard vacuum cleaner. Conclusion Whether new or used, this is a good product. But it could use some tweaks.

Great for my garage, it is a great wet/dry vacuum. Wheels hold great and has a place for all the extra items. I purchased extra bags with mine and I think thats much needed

This vacuum is amazing. It's not too heavy, so it is easy to move wherever i need it. It has very good power. It is great for vacuuming cars and furniture. If you have pets, it sucks up pet hair with ease.

I'm very pleased with the performance of this shop vac from Craftsman. The suction was much more powerful than expected. Assembly was easy. The wheels snapped in snugly and will not come out. The handle, however, lacked screws to attach it. I hope nothing else was missing from the box that I was unaware of. The cord is long enough for most purposes. The size is perfect for what I intended it for - cleaning out the garage. The day after this vac arrived, the soffit over my patio popped loose and insulation spilled out. I was able to use this vac to get it up. I did have to order another package of bags since this one only comes with one bag. My advice is to stock up before you need to. Overall I'm pleased. The quality is good and the power is better.

good suction and light weight. I've had a larger craftsman shop vac for over 30 years and have had great luck with it which is why I bought this one and plan to dedicate this one just for my vehicles.

Wow what a great little shop vac and it comes with an inside bag for dry vacuuming I love it n I can lift it n will be great for car cleanouts n I used it with a heoa filter for drywall dust n it was PERFECT as not one speck of dust returned to the air

When I grew up, Craftsman tools were pretty much top notch. But, it seems that things have gone downhill. I bought a couple of Craftsman shop vacs a few years ago, and they worked well until one just gave up the ghost. So, I bought this model. It had decent reviews. But what I got was built much more 'cheaply' than my other vacs. In fact the hose was cracked right down the middle. I would have returned it, but it seemed more effort than I wanted to invest, so I will just buy another hose They must be using materials that don't have flexibility. It was a downer, but the vac seems to be working as it should. I will update if that is not the case.
