Nonstick Bakeware Set with Nonstick Cookie Sheets / Baking Sheets - 2 Piece, Chocolate Brown , Set (9" x 13" & 10" x 15")

I LOVE Circulon products ever since I got my first pots and pans set from Costco. These are the same quality and clean-ableness as the the pots and pans collection. I started using these immediately. They are two perfect sizes. The small one is great for roasting veggies and the other i use for larger/longer dishes or more portion sizes. They clean beautifully. NO more aluminum foil barriers or coating with PAM. After several uses and washes, the coating is intact and does NOT peel or chip. Food lifts off easily. I even made a honey teriyaki glazed chicken with NO foil on the sheet - no problems cleaning up. The glazed wiped right off with my regular dish brush. I also put these in the dishwasher without any issues. The dark chocolate brown is nice and so far I haven't seen any nasty rusting or discoloration. I will update if they start to show wear, but so far these are holding up great - and side note: Circulon stands by their products. I've had their pots and pans or years - and had to make only one claim for replacement. They handled it so easily and sent me brand new pots without asking me to return the others. My experience has been that Ciruculon makes excellent quality products that last for a long time. When they eventually wear out, they are happy to replace and keep your business.

Very sturdy pan. Heavy and heats evening. Nothing sticks to it!!

It was BEYOND time to update my baking pans and I'd heard great things about Circulon. The hype is TRUE. Strong heavy weight pans that cook evenly and nothing sticks to the pan. They are technically "dishwasher safe" but they recommend handwashing which given how easily they clean up -- a spritz of dawn power wash and some warm mater is no problem. GREAT value with two very useful sizes. VERY pleased with these pans.

These are the absolute best sheet pans that I have ever Purchased- Nothing sticks to these pans! Whether you were making something fresh or frozen... Grilled vegetables..Pizza.. You name it! It doesn't matter what you are making.You get excellent results with these sheet pans.. For those of you who make homemade pizza... These pans give you a beautiful crust! It is the design in these pans that make everything that you are cooking on them turn out the way that it does.

Very nice and sturdy baking sheet, no warp, easy to clean as nothing sticks to it. Color is good for even baking. But, be sure to hand wash and air dry it with the bottom down on the mat so all water runs out of the rolled seam.

I only have used these cookie sheets for about 2 weeks, but so far they are doing a god job. I only used the big once to bake cookies, and they cooked evenly, and came off the pan without sticking. The smaller pan I have used about every day(6-7 times), it is holding up wonderfully. No food sticks to the pan, and cleanup is a breeze. I just use soap and water with a dish cloth, just wiping with no scrubbing. So far there is no warping or discoloration. They cookie sheets are sturdy with higher edges, which is nice. I only use plastic spatulas and tongs to remove food, to keep surfaces from getting scratches. The only minor issue is the interior area is smaller than traditional cookie sheet with same dimensions. This is probably because the frame of these cookie sheets is thicker and deeper.

I’ve had these for a few months and use them at least 1-2 times a week. The nonstick has remained working perfectly well—its great that things just slide right off. With the ridges, you get nice air flow beneath cookies or flat items like those, so they get a nice bottom crust. This also helps when you take them out too cool if you don’t have a wire rack for cooling, especially since the pans cool down to touchable temp pretty quickly after coming out of the oven. I haven’t had any real warping issues using these at recommended temps. The small one has never warped, and the large one warped once while cooking at 425 or 450, but after cooking outside the oven it quickly went back to normal. These are really easy to clean thanks to the nonstick—I usually hand wash, but I have run them through the dishwasher a few times on lazy days with no deterioration or other issues so far.

I bought these almost 6 years ago now and they are still the best. They are sturdy but not heavy. I get the most even bake on these trays without any prep or parchment. Better than other trays with parchment paper. These will definitely be purchased again.
