Amazing product. Easy to use, and does what it says it’s going to do. Cleans within moments. Had stained grout and this took it out and made it bright white again.

I used white paint pen on my discolored bathroom floor grout.The sealer added a protected barrier against dirt and water to the grout. The tile and grout held up well in the past three months.

Easy to apply

I’ve built my own kitchen cabinets after being a woodworker for many years, installed my own HVAC system, amongst a host of other complex projects, so believe when I say this product is frustrating. The directions suggest using a tooth brush to apply only to the grout and it simply doesn’t work. I was constantly battling over spray and direct friction on grout with a tooth brush causes flaking. In they end, I researched other reviews for the product and followed a process that intentionally over sprays and quickly wipes down without touching the grout, which gets it into the grooves nicely without getting flaking grout coming off. Honestly though, when I go to finish the rest of the tile I will be looking for another product. Thus far, performance has been adequate but the non conducive perimeters for application are beyond frustrating without taking into consideration the variables at hand. Not user friendly!

Works great. Water beaded up after 2 coats on 20+ year old grout. Sprayed in a cup and painted in like other reviews said.

Works as described and it is a very good product. No strong smells and so far the best found anywhere else . I used it following the directions and the explanatory video and I have good results.

The instructions for applying the sealant to grout were fussy, requiring use of a sponge and wiping off excess from tiles. Our shower floor tiles are rough, so using a sponge would have shredded it. Instead, I sprayed and used a synthetic paintbrush to ensure every grout line had good sealant coverage. I didn't bother wiping up excess. It did a good job sealing the grout.

Great product and good value. I used just 20% of it to grout my 500sft living room. I sprayed into a container and use a brush to apply to the grout. To test its effectiveness, i left some grout without the sealer and 8 hrs later, i applied water to the grout. Those without the sealer absorbed the water while those with sealer. the water stayed as a blot on the surface. And this is just one round of application. Highly recommended!

Like that it was easy to use. What i did was to spray into a cup and then use a brush to apply over grout lines. I let it rest and then reapply twice. Seems good after a week or so!
