I recently purchased a Monoprice RCA cable for connecting my DSP to my amplifiers and I am absolutely blown away by the quality you get for such an incredibly low price. Seriously, I was expecting something flimsy, but these cables are surprisingly well-built. The connectors feel solid and fit snugly, ensuring a secure connection. More importantly the price nd quality is fantastic! I haven't noticed any degradation in the audio signal, no added hum or static – just clean, clear sound. If you need a reliable RCA cable without breaking the bank, look no further than Monoprice. These cables prove that you don't have to spend a fortune to get great performance. I'll definitely be buying more Monoprice cables in the future for my other audio/video needs. Highly recommended!

The Monoprice 1.5ft RCA cable is just what I needed! It’s well-made, with solid connectors and good shielding. Perfect for connecting my Bluetooth audio adapter to my stereo. The length is just right, and the quality feels premium without being bulky. Great value for a reliable, high-quality cable!

These cables are extremely stiff but that's because of the extremely heavy duty shielding. I get almost no static or feedback when using these cables. As far as the connections not staying on, you can use pliers to gently compress the outer conductors so that they fit more tightly. They will go on very, very tight and stay on. The outer conductors are thick and difficult to bend, once you adjust them to your liking they will stay that way. As far as cable stiffness, you can also gently bend the cable to suit your needs. It will retain that shape. For the price, these cables are extremely high quality. I actually find that they work better than more expensive cables I have from boutique brands. I will use these going forward.

Overall quality is very good. I'd give 5 stars but, the connectors need a little squeeze for a snug fit. I've seen a few give a negative review because the connectors were either too tight or too loose. Adjustments with the correct tool and all is fine. Be prepared to adjust for a correct fit.

Great product

I have an extremely modular Hi-Fi setup that includes numerous interconnects adjoining various pieces of gear, so the quality of the cables I use is very important. In the past I've cheaped-out with cables that worked fine for their prices but were far from what I would consider "audiophile grade". The Monoprice cables actually offer the best of both worlds: exceptional audio-quality at a remarkably low price. These cables punch FAR above their price range by offering the absolute cleanest noise floor I've ever heard with my audio gear. They absolutely eradicated the low-level hum coming from my Klipsch subwoofer after I swapped out the old cables connecting my SUT and phono stage. Now I can adjust the input impedance of my SUT to whatever level I want without hearing a trace of hum, and it's even improved the (already very low) noise floor of my loudspeakers. Are there options that give you even better results? Probably. But you'd likely be spending at least ten times more for the privilege, and that delta in price just isn't worth it to me. The only drawback I can really identify for these cables is their lack of flexibility. As others have noted they are extremely stiff, which makes connecting devices in very close proximity somewhat cumbersome. They definitely function better when you have a little more space to work with in your setup. That being said, I'm not so bothered by it since the thickness likely contributes to the excellent shielding and (consequently) the exceptionally-low noise floor. Overall, I think these are some of the best "bang-for-your-buck" RCA cables on the market and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I ordered this to connect my vintage tuner and integrated amp. I could have used a standard RCA cable but really didn't want the excess cable cluttering up the back of my electronics. This shorter half length cable was exactly the right length for what I needed. An added plus, these were a much heavier gauge than what I would have used too. Pleased with them and I'd buy a longer version if needed.

These cables work well, when they stay plugged in. They do not attach snuggly to the female RCA receptacles on several of my audio components and fall out too easily when something is moved, which is both surprising and frustrating for a cable that is otherwise very well constructed. If you install them and leave everything static (without moving), they are fine. If that is not the case, however, I would probably recommend finding another cable.
