Good value, stays in place, gives just the right amount of lift and comfort for my needs

I chose this item for the quality and the reasonable price. It's not bad but it kept slipping. So now I have glued it in place. So now it gives good support. For the price.

I bought these to help my transition to Altra Low Peak trail shoes that I used to walk the camino. They are easy to fit and remove and gave me the option to walk with or without them. This is perfect for conditioning the hamstrings on low rise shoes and when walking the 500 mile route allowed so variety in the same shoe. Being a heal only insole they offer nice cushioning without affecting the toe fit. Good quality. Cushioning long lasting. They stay in place well and don’t add any stickiness to the shoe.

I purchased these based on the other reviews and I'm somewhat disappointed. They're quite thin and didnt actually make much of a difference re the pain in my heels when walking. I've tried in a variety of shoes. The do however stick well to the shoe to ensure no movement and are easy to remove and replace in other shoes.

My physiotherapist recommended this to improve my bio mechanics by raising my heel slightly and adding some shock absorption. I work in a hospital and am on my feet everyday. I replaced them after 1.5 years as they start to get a bit grungy.

In passato ho acquistato questa stessa marca di talloniera ed era concepita molto meglio. La scanalatura che è presente nel modello attuale (una sorta di decoro a spirale) crea un avvallamento fastidioso proprio nel punto del tallone che dovrebbe trovare più sostegno! Per il mio problema di fascite plantare è stata inutilizzabile purtroppo.
