I have a heavy coffee table that slides apart easily and drove me crazy. I tried leaf locks but they're too big to fit. So I got these little guys. When they arrived they seemed really flimsy and easily bent but they're actually holding up great! They're keeping the table locked perfectly and have not bent or broken at all

Good value for a good product. The only thing I would like is that they should be made from a corrosion resistant material like brass, zinc, aluminum etc.

I'm making some small boxes from scrap wood and needed some box hardware. I found these and decided to give these a shot because they were priced right. They arrived well packaged, with the hinges, latches and screws in their own separate bags. The screws were double bagged to ensure none were lost. The material used for the hinges and latches is very thin. If too much torque is applied to the screws, the latches will deform. The hinge pins are loose fitting, so there is a little slop. The latch pivots are inconsistent - some are hard to rotate, some are easy. The first hinge I installed, the last screw broke at the head, leaving the threaded portion in the wood. I used a screw lubricant (bees wax or bar soap work) on the remaining installations and had no issues (these were being installed on ash boxes). I used super glue to glue the broken screw head in place. The finish on these are superb. All in all. these are a great value and work well for their intended purpose.

Used it on one of my boxes and it turned out really nice. The look goes well with some middle to dark stain on the wood and it makes it look antique as well. You will need a small screw driver Philips head to screw the little screws in. They take very well in the wood and I didn't have a problem centering them or centering the mechanism. All in all a great buy.

These are OK but not great. This is because these are stamped sheet metal not cast solid pieces, so they are not as strong as I expected. They did work for a wall-mounted 12x12 display box I made, but I did put on 3 rather than 2 just because they were not as sturdy as expected.

Love these so much. Perfect for adding your own touch onto jewelry boxes or redoing antique ones. Although the screws are impossible to get started

Made my wife a potato and onion holder (which I'd never heard of before) for our anniversary. Once I got the project mostly together I needed hardware to hold hinged doors and lids. I used these for exactly that. Honestly they are perfect as long as they aren't going to be experiencing a very heavy load. What I've used them on might be the extent of what the can handle though I can't be sure. The color and function are great. I recommend to anyone who needs small clasps like these for projects of their own. --David--
