Does this come with a glue stick to stick the photos on?

No it doesnt, i brought some slim double sided glue spots for my photos to go on in the book and you cant tell youve used them. You can buy a box of them on here for cheap.

Will all the pens that come with it show up on the black paper?

Yes they do. It’s a very good set. My daughter used it as a photo album, stuck her pictures in and used the lens to write details about each photograph.
