Holds 710 ml, perfect for 20 - 30 km. Any longer of a ride install another bottle holder. I love the twist-lock to prevent accidental spillage when tossed in the bottom of a knapsack, easy to squeeze and hold. Copius amount of water will fill your mouth excellent spout, not just a skinny stream like others.

Good quality of product. Fits bottleholder perfectly. You need to have some solid suction to get water out, but definitely no spills. Looks good too.
