I was extremely disappointed with this product, as it contained numerous plastic fragments, posing a serious safety risk to my hamster. I contacted Amazon customer service to request compensation, but they declined and insisted on a return - even though the bedding had already been opened and distributed in the enclosure. This response was unhelpful and reflects poorly on the quality of their customer support. I expected better from both the product and the service.

Bought this thinking it’s a one time use thing. No it’s filled absolutely full. It expands once you open it. It has so much in it I could use it twice. I use quite a lot for my hamster I’d say 100 x 120 cm big and I use different materials in it but id say I use quite a lot and for this price its very full.
