Wanted to wait before writing this review. I was very skeptical but wanted to try before hrt’s. Brief history I’m 54 in peri menopause. I may see one cycle every quarter. All symptoms of peri menopause. I would count hotflashes in the middle of the night. I was being woken up 8-10x a night. suffering burning from the inside out. Therefore I wasn’t sleeping, very irritated all day. Coffee mad my moods worse the more I drank to function the more paranoid I became. This cream changed my life!!! It’s been 2 months. No hotflashes! I sleep all night now. If I feel myself start to get randomly hot a rub the cream on my inner thighs, my wrists and armpits. Yes it does burn..I DONT CARE better than suffering with hot flashes. I would definitely recommend. EDIT UPDATE: 1/24/26 second order of this product. I don’t know what’s going on but a few uses of this cream and the perimenopause symptoms became worse. Hot flashes all night and bone cold in the morning and afternoon. No relief. Again I’m tired and frustrated because of lack of sleep again. It doesn’t have that brief burning sensation that let me know it’s working. In my opinion, I don’t think this is the same cream I’ve used before. The first batch worked wonders. Ugh

Wish it was unscented or scented with essential oil. Not a fan of artificial fragrance for health reasons. It does smell nice though

I bought this and used a different brand previously so when my face went numb and I had several panic attack and was dizzy and out of breath I thought it was something else that caused it. Till I put it on again for the second time since I bought this brand and it hit me again. I washed it off immediately and its not as bad as the first time but im having severe anxiety and my face is still numb and my skin is tingly. Not sure if its an allergic reaction or it's its just too strong for me. Headache too. Just be careful and use a tiny bit at first Im sad Ive had this reaction cause ive been using wild yam cream for years just not this brand.

Love it. Keeps me calm and sleep.is so much better. I went off of it for over a month. I started a few days ago and I'm back to "normal"

Not great for me. I bought it for menopausal issues and, while I'm not sure it was the cream, I developed a rather foul mood and stopped using it.

This is probably NOT the authentic Anna’s from Australia. However, it is helping with the horrible hot flashes I’ve had! I’ve noticed a huge difference since I purchased this and started using it!

NOT THE SAME PRODUCT AS ANNA’S AUSTRALIAN CREAM. SMELLS DIFFERENT, ACTS DIFFERENT. I have half a mind putting it through my work lab to see if ingredients are really what it claims on the sticker!!

First pot of this smelt amazing and I loved using it, the second pot has a different smell and burns my skin when I put it on and if you accidentally get in near your mouth causes tingles/numbness ( not just me either!) So I have stopped using it. Very disappointed and not sure which one is the blip...
