Superb product

- Use full fat milk (I used Amul Gold - red one) - Pour the prepared mix (follow the instructions on the packet) into a deep tope/bagona with lid and then steam. (If the vessel is not deep the junnu will not hold shape. It'll look like spoilt milk and also might spill over) - Follow the exact instructions on the pack - STEAM only for 15 mins. (The finished product may look uncooked but let it cool and... Voila! Do not cook longer, it will only get grainy & hard) - DONOT try to eat it hot. Wait a bit for it to cool. It'll hold shape and taste better. My first attempt was messy but the second and thereafter... just mouth-watering. Loved them.

It’s good product but sugar content in powder is more. As stated on pocket do not add 100-125 grams Jaggery it will be like too sweet. Just 60-70 grams of Jaggery will be more than enough. I request the makers to remove sugar from the powder or add very minimal sugar. Diabetics should not use it because this powder contains sugar.
