The tortilla press arrived with the handle broken off. I contacted Verve Culture via e-mail. Within 10 minutes, I received a response. I forwarded a photo of the broken press and within less than a week, a new tortilla press arrived in one piece, along with a couple of bottles of sauces. This is a very high quality tortilla press and the price reflects that. I bought it because I saw it in several stores in New Mexico but the price was higher. It will last a lifetime!

I love this tortilla press. It's sturdy and authentic and makes me feel like I'm in Mexico. The packaging is gorgeous which means I will be gifting this to many friends. Buy it now you won't regret it.

Product presents well but the interior was chipped. Was already nervous about paint but the chip raised concerns that the paint may be ingested. Will look for another product.
