Great Gatorade for dehydration

A real thirst quencher! Replaces critical electrolytes on a hot day of after a strenuous workout (think mowing the grass in 90 degree heat). Pleasant taste, but a little salty due to high sodium content. A little pricy but costs less than buying at big box or convenient store. Overall, very pleased.

Love these drinks. They give me such a boost of energy and hydration during my intermittent fasting. Some have complained about the taste, but the functionality matters most to me. And I still think it tastes great!

I like the hydration and ingredients but only available in this flavor and it's way too sweet. Diluting with water heeps
