Description says split, the boots are not split. The use of the boots requires removing cv axle from wheels. Amazon is terrible for auto parts. Descriptions are often wrong because they know nothing about auto parts. Hit or miss with Amazon. Smh

The rubber feels high quality and well made. The boots fit my vehicle and were easy to install.

Do not buy these they do not split and they do not fit a honda pilot as stated.

This is really handy for replacing the boot without disassembling the entire CV assembly. I had a split boot and this was just what I needed to get it covered and protected until it’s time to disassemble the whole CV. Came with snap ties and the boot is pre-lubricated so while it is really messy to handle saved me a step and buying the special boot lube. I only needed one so have a spare for the future.

First off, not a split boot so lost 2 stars for inaccurate description. However rubber material is flexible and I just cut with scissors to make it split and used loctite 401 which is used in other split boot applications and bonded almost instantly!
