A genuine product
I'm living in a rented apartment and there was a AC of Samsung Model 2012 and the remote was missing. So I checked online for the manual and from there I got the photo of remote and then I match the same photo with Amazon products and remote works very fine And each and every function is working. Nice product.

Says compatible with Split. It is not. The split AC remote has more buttons. This one doesn't connect. There is no return either.

Most sellers insist on comparing the product image with original one. It becomes impossible to do so having lost the original one. But this product is sold subject to return if not compatible.
