Molecular H2TAB Hydrogen Tablets with Magnesium -12 PPM Hydrogen Tablets for Drinking Water -Rich in Antioxidants, Supports Cellular Health, Recovery & Cognitive Function (30 Counts, Unflavored)

I purchased Molecular H2TAB Hydrogen Tablets with Magnesium (12 PPM) about a year ago after hearing several biohackers discuss the potential benefits of hydrogen water. Gary Brecka specifically recommends this brand, which influenced my decision to try it. I typically use the tablets a few times a week, especially after workouts. My preferred method is to drop a tablet into a sealed bottle so it can fully dissolve without exposure to air. Once it’s finished dissolving, I drink the water within a few minutes to ensure I’m getting the maximum hydrogen content. I’ve experimented with a few other hydrogen tablet brands, and in my experience, these seem to be more effective. When I use this brand, I feel more energized and refreshed afterward. While individual results may vary, I personally notice a difference compared to others I’ve tried. They are priced a bit higher than some competing brands, but I find them worth the extra cost based on my experience. The tablets are also very convenient — easy to use and individually packaged, which makes them great for travel or tossing into a gym bag. These tablets are tasteless and have no smell. After adding to your water, you won't know that it is there. If you are looking for flavor than I recommend the raspberry flavor made by the same brand. Overall, I’ve been happy with the quality and consistency of this product.

These tabs are just as good as the more expensive versions. They dissolve within a few minutes, and the water will become grey and filmy (this is normal). The taste isn't too strong, and it doesn't have a smell. I have lyme and struggle with lots of supplements, but these don't bother me at all and I've had no side effects. I also like the magnesium content as most of us could use extra. Just be sure to drink it immediately after it dissolves for best benefit; the H+ will dissipate quickly.

I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect but I feel that it really helps with my energy levels. What ever it is made my postpartum recovery easier. Not a pleasant taste for me but I found it was worth it nonetheless.

Good product but little overpriced!

I'm giving this 5 stars so far, because I just received this today, and I tried the product. The recommendations are to dissolve it in twelve to sixteen ounces of water. I dissolved it in twelve. I was curious about the overall flavor reading reviews on different hydrogen products. Thankfully, this unflavored version is actually unflavored. No added sugars, and easy to drink. It didn't taste exactly like the filtered water that I typically drink but it had a lighter mouth feel. I think if I were to put this in ice water there would be no noticeable difference. I think I was expecting the water to be slightly carbonated, but it just felt like water. I will come back to update after a month to see if there are any noticeable differences in my health.

I have not noticed any real benefit of using this "molecular water" product promoted by Gary Brecka. I'm open to the idea that it does help, and in any case is a good source of magnesium, I imagine. Magnesium supplementation supposedly helps with sleep but there are many forms of Mg used in supplements, and I don't recall which form this is. Dissolving these tablets leaves a nasty looking residue in your cup, which is especially noticeable if you reuse the cup without washing it. These have a noticeably metallic taste, which is kind of unpleasant and really hits you in the nose before you take a swig. I recommend you get the raspberry flavor instead, even if it is more expensive. Also I would recommend you buy a different brand of this altogether, as this one is promoted by the health influencer Gary Brecka (I imagine it's his company.) and the price is exorbitant. There are alternatives that are the exact same thing for a fraction of the price.

Been an addict for 20+ years. Polysubstance abuse mostly opiates with speed and if you can relate to my past you never feel the same after you clean up. I'm hyperfocused with my health and tried these because Gary Brecka stands behind them. From the 1st dose hooked!!! This stuff makes me feel so alive and happy. I will drink water with hydrogen H2TAB till death because of the immediate results and how I feel

I just discovered this process and hope it will be beneficial to my health . I found this brand as the original brand that introduced me to the concept was too expensive. Same ingredients - so, should work as well. The problem with these tablets is that they don't dissolve well. It should only take 2 minutes , per directions, for the tablets to dissolve . But, they don't . I use a spoon and stir and try to break down the fizzing tablet so as to not lose the effect of the properties being added or dispersed into the glass of water. Verdict is out, as far as efficacy .. I will have to wait a month to see
