These taste like a literal cup of smooth, creamy coffee. The bag was in flawless condition (I live in Florida but this was ordered in winter to keep it from melting). The package does not come in a cooler with ice pack and stuff so keep your environment temperature in mind! Each piece is individually wrapped. The shipping took some time but that's normal when it comes to freighted items!
