Dave's Killer Bread Good Seed Organic Bread, 27 oz Loaf

I was using this bread for a long time in the longer, square loaf version, but I had to stop with that type because the slices are thinner and there ended up being too many air pockets (holes) in the slices. I tried the larger loaf in the 21 grain variety, but I didn't really like it because compared to this one, it tasted "bitter," if that makes sense. I kinda think this one is called "Good Seed" because it tastes so good, kinda sweet a little, like "honey wheat bread." I'm so happy now that I'm choosing the bread that I like, and in the form that I like (I like these larger and thicker slices better than the thinner sliced square ones!). This is a really wonderful bread and I highly recommend it to anyone, it's delicious!!

Tastes amazing you'd never know its healthy. It's almost bobby approved due to slightly more sugar than the red bag. Perfectly moist, great texture, large slices, lasts a lot longer than others before it gets moldy. Love this stuff if I can't find the red bag. Decent price considering

everything is better on this bread! with all of it's wonderful taste, there is only one drawback - it sheds seeds when toasted….. a lot. don't forget your plate or nappy, and enjoy.

This bread is probably the best bread I've ever had! I definitely recommend you try it if you haven't already.

Met new favorite bread. Took a start off for price.

Dave's Killer is pretty much the best mass-market bread you can get. This one is very nice and has lots of nutritious and tasty nuts and seeds. I don't like it quite as much as Dave's Killer Power Seed, as Good Seed is slightly sweeter, so it's not idea for every sandwich; Power Seed it just a bit more "neutral" in taste, though it is so often sold out from Amazon Fresh that I end up often getting Good Seed instead. This loaf is the the big size for grownup sandwiches, not the little square kind for kid-size sandwiches (i.e., not Wonder Bread size). It is available in that size, too, though. Anyway, Good Seed and Power Seed are really what sold me on whole-grain bread. I never really used to like it before, and was more of a white sourdough muncher, but I now regularly buy either Good or Power Seed instead for most uses. That may be why I like Power Seed better; if I was used to sourdough, the sweetness of Good Seed (which is probably pretty neutral to most people) probably seemed more noticeable to me.

“Good Seed” is the only Dave’s Killer Bread that I will eat. Even the thinly sliced isn’t as good. I forget what other variety I tried but I threw it in the trash. “Good Seed” toasts up nicely but is also good just plain.

It’s good not the best for a sandwich but for like avocado toast or just with breakfast.
