My dress shirts that fit me (near) perfecr says 15-34, i am 5'7; what size should I get?

I got a medium. I’m 5’7 and about 140lb and it fits perfectly. A little tight but if you are toned it’s a good fit

Im 6ft 195lbs 15%bf athletic body. Is xl going to be too loose? Using for grappling wear.

So I usually buy these shirts in large I usually wear a medium in compression shirts these do run a little smaller tho. I'ma about 185 pounds 5'10 . They fit nicely there not to snug but yet not loose on me if you wanted a true compression shirt I'd say go with a large if you want something that contours your body but has breathing room go with the xl it'd be a better fit n more comfortable.

My chest is 42-43 and waist is 36, i don’t know whether to use the third pic or usa standard for size reference. should i go for l or xl?

I would say it depends on how much of a compression you want. Yes the chart is true to size. I got the xl because I like to feel more snug on the mid section and chest. My chest is 46 waist is 38.
