I've not seen any reviews stating what this product does for calming the nerves. For the last three years I have led an extremely stressful life. Out of the blue my body would start shaking out of control internally with high anxiety. This product has been an absolute life saver for me. Within 20 minutes the shaking and anxiety are gone. It is helping me reclaim my sanity while working through stressful life situations. I wouldn't know what to do without it. This calms the nervous system down like nothing else.

I love the product, I have been taking it for years but today, I received THAT, something is very wrong. I think the pills are leaking. I am very disappointed. It's my first time buying from the seller.

AND WHAT DOES IT DO? ‘PS’ is a phospholipid. It contains amino acids and omega-3 fatty acids. They work together (synergistically) to construct the building blocks of the healthy cell membranes that surround all our cells. These cell membranes provide cellular structure and protection. WHAT ELSE DOES IT DO? ‘PS’ is critical to the maintenance of all cellular functions, especially in the brain. very bad quality - It was completely spoiled - the softgels are all sticky and slimy.

I had been taking Prevagen for a couple of years and had never really noticed a difference in my overall memory. Prevagen is also expensive so after awhile, I quit using. Then I read about Solgar Phosphatidyl-Serine. This is the 2nd supplement from Solgar that I have tried and I can honestly say that I can tell a difference. I feel I am sharper. I am able to focus and my recall and retention seems better. I was skeptical because there was no change from Prevagen but I have definitely noticed a difference with Solgar Phosphatidyl-Serine.

Very good quality. I've been taking Solgar Phosphatidylserince 200mg for two weeks and seem to get through my days with much eased. I will definitely purchase this particular brand when I am running out. Notice I give it a 5 stars even though the price is a little higher than other brand names out there and I've tried 2 other brand names.

My doc recommend I take these to help with waking up at night. I started with one capsule which seemed to help a bit , so i graduated to 2 capsules which seemed more effective. Only downfall was that the first week it did upset my stomach a bit, but I adjusted. Worth a try.
