One bottle has 60 servings which should last 60 days if taken once per day. The product is chelated which usually helps with absorption. Lastly, the company reports using good manufacturing practices to ensure quality and safety. Cons the only reason I gave it a 4 is because the serving size is 2 capsules. I would give this a 5 if the serving size was one capsule.
