These pills suck, water does not help get them down. They hurt your throat and make me gag occasionally because of the size . They work but I would heavily advise buying another brand.

Love this versus gummies
Tried different types of Natrol. Love this version; gummies are hard to get out of your teeth before brushing to go to bed. It helps with falling to sleep!
