Wow! I had begun to suspect that the reason I was tired all the time was low B vitamins. Reason being, I don't like to eat a lot of meat. I eat a lot, and I do mean a lot, of veggies but they do not have the nutrition they did generations ago. So I started taking one of these in the morning and one in the afternoon. I no longer need coffee in the afternoon. Before this supplement, I would have cup of coffee in the afternoon and I would still be exhausted. Now, I am way, way more focused at work, my workouts are much more effective in the afternoon, and no more afternoon slump. Worth every penny! I've never had so much energy before in my life!!

Timed release from a capsule - didn't even know it was possible! I hate tablets and always felt the timed release tablets of other brands were doing less than were purported to be doing, maybe releasing over 4-6 hours or so. Solaray with its usual quality delivers almost 24 hour B-complex release as far as I can tell from their remarkable capsule that keeps my pee bright yellow any time of day or night! And makes me feel great, energized, and stronger than before. Like I'm getting my health back. Highly recommend and will continue to order!

I always take B-Complex but some cause hives. This one doesn't. I specifically chose the Solaray brand because their B-Complex also contains Choline, Inositol and PABA. Years ago, a friend of mine told me about some diet where she got injected with B-12 and had to take these super expensive pills. I googled the pills, got the ingredient list, and then googled the ingredients. It was literally the same as Solaray B-100 (minus the vitamin c) for 1/4 of the price. Ok, so I don't know if they actually help with weight loss, but I take B vitamins anyway. I switched to B-75 because I wanted less of a dosage. Also, I can definitely confirm that these are time released. Without getting into too much detail, you actually see the B vitamins leaving your system, and I saw it all day (and this is not the case with some other B Complex's I was taking. I was using another brand for a while because I was given them for free by my friend who couldn't tolerate them. So glad I went back to Solaray B-Complex. So much better. P.S. just a tip for those who also experience hives sometimes from B-Complex - try lowering your dose and taking with food.

Works well for me. I’ve been using this brand for years. I tried another brand and was disappointed, sand came back to this product.

I have never taken a B Complex before but started these and I have so much more energy during the day. No more 2 pm crash and as an added bonus my acne has started to clear up. I don't know if that is due to these or not but since they happened hand in hand I am saying they have def helped. Great product for the price and I will purchase again once these run out.
