Brilliant
Love this, I make my brew and then forget about it or get distracted and then it's cold by the time I'm drinking it, this keeps it lovely and hot.

Works well / paint chips a little
Works very well, however the paint / coating where you place your cup does degrade and chip very quickly. However, the practical uses of this are really good and powerful. I would buy again.

It’s amazing
The product is quite amazing, it surprising how long it keeps my tea warm for and the 8hr shut down makes it very safe to use.

Unsafe device, seems it is switched off but it is heating
I bought this item last February, and since April, it has failed. As soon as I plug it into the socket, it starts to heat, the display is off, and nobody touches it. I know it is November, but until now I have tried to connect it again. I would like to claim an exchange, I loved it, drinking my coffee slowly and always warm was amazing. I think the supplier can check and improve the device.

Very happy with it, I use it everyday!

Won’t turn off unless unplugged
Unfortunately think I got a faulty one, it works great at heating the coffee, but it won’t turn off. To turn it off you have to unplug it which feels pretty unsafe. It’s a shame because it does a great job at heating up quickly + keeps the coffee perfect temp.
