They grow on you
I’ve come to really like these. I get the flavorless ones - they make your water taste like sparkling water with that weird static-y taste.. but it’s grown on me and I now like it. They seem to work. Only downfall is if you use them in a bottle with a straw, the gas it releases as it fizzes creates pressure in the bottle which causes water to squirt out when I open the lid - I have to remember to unscrew the lid to release the pressure then retighten and drink through the straw. Otherwise, I will continue to buy

Good fizzy tablets
These taste nice, it says they are neutral, but there is a slight citrus vibe to them but not over powering. Effervescent tablets that dissolve quickly easily snapped in half to make them dissolve even quicker. I’ve already re ordered some.

Great hydration on the go – may need to adjust to the taste.
I've been using the HIGH5 ZERO Electrolyte Tablets for several weeks now and they're already a hydration routine essential. The tablets dissolve incredibly rapidly-no annoying chunks or perpetually stirring-and the small tube is very easy to ram in your pocket or bag, whether you're headed to the gym or out and about. With 20 in a pack, it's brilliant value for money, if anything, especially because I can get away with one per bottle. My sole slight complaint is taste- it's so neutral, which is perfectly fine if you don't have an urge to sweeten it up or taste any flavour at all, but it took a short time to adapt. That said, it's a minor give and take with the performance enhancement and hydration benefits that these confer. Would recommend, especially if you're after a sugar-free option!

Take too much as an older person and it can make you constipated
I used it for energy and for dehydration being an older person. I now take an half glass every other day as my body did not like too much of it and i became constipated. if i do it this way i find it very beneficial
