and liked their performance
Bought these over other brands because I used them on the job in previous employment, and liked their performance. They mark/ paint well and fairly durable and permanent on most surfaces. Paint flow is mostly well controlled once initial flow is established. Only downside is establishing paint flow from a previously used and stored marker. Have a daubing board/ paper available to absorb extra paint when reestablishing paint flow from a stored marker.

They work great for marking engine parts.
These paint marker worked great. I'm in the automotive industry and sometimes i'll need to make some marks on engine parts. These work great for that. Just wipe away the oily part and there you go. But I will say that to prime the markers can take a while on some. After shaking the markers for about 10 seconds (with the cap off) press down on the tip and hold in down till you see paint drip out. This can take about 30 seconds to a minute. On each one. Also the paint doesn't wipe away easily especially after it dries.

High quality durable ink paint markers
Excellent flow of pen ink and quality of ink. I painted letters on a fiberglass sea kayak that have lasted 3 years with only a mild fade from sun. They eventually showed scratches from brushing into objects, but it’s reasonable wear and tear for any paint on a kayak after a few years. The white marker tip finally got jammed one time during use and I had to throw it away. I am disappointed I had to waste a pen half full of paint just because I couldn’t get the top unjammed, but that happens sometimes in life. Overall happy with these paint markers!

Love them! Great at I
Not the first time I ordered these. Love them! Great at I.D.-ing metal or plastic surfaces. Careful when removing the lids on these because they will stain clothing. When I'm done shaking them, I slowly & firmly twist off the caps. Also, you are instructed to depress the tip of the marker to get the ink flowing and this usually doesn't take long at all, but if it does, don't give up on it - just keep repeatedly pushing down on the tip. One final note, some colors show better than others on different colored surfaces. This is why it's nice to have a variety pack to experiment with.

Lots of great uses.
I have found way more uses for these than original purchase reason. I bought this to mark the teeth on my PTO shafts of my tractor. Helps when attaching the PTO shaft. But, I have used it to highlight what breakers to leave off in a power outage when using the portable generator. I have used it to write sizes of nuts and bolts on equipment to speed up mantnace work..... so many great uses.

Vivid, easy to use paint pens
I'm using these to decorate my office wall before it's torn down. The green Xmas tree came out bright and smooth. The yellow star on top, along with blue, red, and white ornaments are all brilliant. This was my first experience with paint pens, so I can't compare except to the Sharpie fine-points I got (in orange and brown, which aren't included in this set by uni-Paint). So far, no major differences besides the wider tip side in the uPs. They haven't gotten all crummy and hard to use like I expected. They're still running and I have no idea of the capacity in these little suckers. The paint's bright though! It really comes out gorgeous, even on non-white surfaces. The red looks pink at first blush, but after it dries it ends up a solid red-red. The blue is... I'm not sure of the exact shade and don't have pantone cards, but it comes out sharp and the lines are thick and full. I'm extremely pleased with the output from these pens.

Works as advertised
I used these pens to write on a black nylon tool bag. I was afraid they wouldn't show up on the black, but they work good. The colors look a little different on the black (the red was more purple/pink, and the green was more blue), so just test them out a little before going crazy. I'm not sure how easy the paint is to get out while it's wet, but I tried using acetone on it when it was dry, and it was pretty permanent.

No place for cap
I did not like the cap could not fit on the bottom end when using it. So you have to physically hold onto the cap or place it down somewhere. And if you are like me and uses paint marker a lot the greater odds of losing or misplacing the cap.
