Hermitshell Silicone Carrying Case Replacement for Samsung T7 Shield 2TB / 1TB / 4TB, Portable SSD, USB 3.2 Gen2 External Solid State Drive (Black, Silicone Case)

This is a basic case. It says hard case, but it’s not very hard. You can push down on it without much pressure, but I feel like it will protect the drives just fine. Two drivers fit into the case rather easily.

I recently purchased my 3rd Samsung T7 portable SSD & decided to find a better storage system than their original shipping boxes. When I saw the Hermitshell Hard Travel Case for the Samsung SSDs I thought that it was perfect for my storage needs. As I just received it yesterday, it's a bit too soon to rate it for its lasting durability, but it looks & feels really durable & it will offer the convenience & protection that I want for my expensive portable Samsung T7 SSDs!

The fir is perfect for my samsung t7 shield drives. Can easily just throw in my bag now and not have to worry about them getting damaged.

Doesn't fit T7 Shielded perfectly in the corners, but it works fine overall.

This case is working great for storing and transporting my Samsung T7 SSDs.

This seems to be repurposed from their case that holds the standard t7. It seems they have removed the liner to make more room since the shield is larger than the previous models. The shield fits fine in the middle position but the outside positions are tight and my other shields hang on the edge when in those spots. I'll keep this and just use it for my shield in the middle and my t5s on the outside slots. On the positive side, the case seems fairly protective and I had enough room to store 3 cables in the pocket above.

It holds two Samsung T7 SSDs plus the little 4" USB-C cables. Or it holds three smaller Sandisk 2TB drives and short USB-C cables. This case offers the exact protection it claims to, no more and no less. It does what I bought it to do.
