We’ve purchased two of these and are quite happy. The only struggles installing were due to the age of our home - the bolt is larger than our old locks and requires some additional wood to be chiseled out of the door jamb to allow proper function. Not the locks fault and makes me feel like it is a better quality lock, just wanted to call that out. Integrated seamlessly with the eufy home app. We love being able to unlock the door from the car when we’ll have groceries or something, or when it is raining so you don’t have to stand outside any longer than needed. Also allows remote unlocking - a family member stopped by the house when we were at work and we could simply lock and unlock for them from another city. Comes with physical keys as well so you have a backup. For the door that gets the most use, the batteries last a few months and you have tons of notice when it is time to replace them. Have never had an issue where we were locked out because the battery died, and even if you did you still have the physical keys. You can set up to 8 digits for the code, which I like. The buttons have held up well and the locks still look good a year later after install.

Great budget lock! We have had a touchpad Quikset deadbolt for many years that finally gave out. I think 10+ years of my boys yanking on it was finally enough. It thought it was locked when it was unlocked and vice versa. It had a good run. Thank you for your service. I shopped around a bit and wanted something secure but simple, high tech but affordable...and this Eufy seemed to fit the bill. We used to have an automatic vacuum from Eufy and it worked like a champ. So I had some brand familiarity and comfort with Eufy. This was a super easy install. It doesn't come with a full instruction manual so you have to scan a QR code to get to it. No biggy. It was all super intuitive and everything worked as stated. I did have to chisel out the recess where the deadbolt itself sits in the side of the door. But that was no biggy. Five minutes with a hammer and chisel after making a new outline with a pencil. Wifi integration was a snap through the app and so far everything is great. I've got it integrated with my google home and it seems to be running perfectly. Thanks Eufy for another great product!

I particularly appreciate the auto-lock feature that activates after a customizable time period. Battery life has been impressive - going strong for three months now with regular use. The lock provides helpful notifications when batteries are running low. The keypad is responsive and backlit, making it easy to use at night. Integration with our smart home system was seamless, allowing us to check lock status remotely and incorporate it into our home automation routines. The guest access feature has been invaluable for visiting relatives and service providers. 10/10 do not recommend. Constantly drops from the wifi. Biggest downside is that you have to replace batteries at least once a week. The cameras are awesome . Too bad I liked having the cameras and lock under the same app.

Great product. Good value. I installed it myself - I didn't time it, but it was actually really quick. Works as it should, no problems at all. It's been on our front door for some time now, I'm thinking about getting another to replace the side door lock. The smart features are pretty cool, although I don't use them very often.

Once I found the QR code for the instructions it was easy to install and use. Works great for kids and grandparents.

Great product. Makes entry and exit +locking) quick and painless. Love being able to unlock with a code vs. key, and being able to lock the door with a single keypress. The internet connectivity is great for checking whether the door is locked or unlocking for a guest/etc. I'm giving 4 stars only because of poor battery life. I've used lithium batteries in it and still only get a few months before I have to change the batteries again. The batteries can die quickly, so if you use this on a property you don't use daily (ex. Vacation or second property), the batteries can die and lock you out of you don't always carry a physical key.

It's very good I'd say. Easy to use. But it lost marks because the battery is not really good. I understand you're paying for the smart functions but dang. I thought perhaps it can add more batteries in etc. And not change it too often. I'd still recommend this product tho!

I recently purchased the Eufy Smart Lock, and I have been extremely impressed with its performance. The lock is not only easy to install, but it is also very user-friendly when it comes to connecting it to the Eufy app and my home internet. One minor suggestion I have for the future is for the Eufy app to display the battery life of the lock. It would be helpful to know when the battery is running low so that I can replace it on time. As of now, I often find myself concerned that the battery might run out, and I could potentially be locked out of my home. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the Eufy Smart Lock and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient home security solution.
