i wana ask which is better for university eng major this one or the 115es ?

You need to be careful on this one- my son has the ES. Some schools will not let you use the calculators with graphing on them! Check with your engineering dept. Also, you might want a different calculator for your math classes. My son has both, but uses the ES for his engineering.

Does this Casio replay the equation that you were working on, after it times-out and you turn it back on?

If you after it turns off ?It doesnt replay your equation after it turns off then turn it back on. It only shows the last answer that was calculated. It can only memorize the last output before shutting down
