non stick does not work at all, even after applying butter to the point that it drips out of plates. My wife gets anxiety attacks after I ask her to use this Sandwich maker to make sandwiches for us. Today morning also i had gathered a lot of corrage and ordered cheese and bread to make sandwiches. But even after putting my best cooking skills to use, breads sticked to the plates and i ended up promising myself to never use it again.

This is a great product for making sandwiches daily. Didn't face any problem while cooking, didn't burn or undercook my sandwich. perfect! In terms of cons I don't really see any, have used it 3 times in 2 days & worked great, ceasy to clean and cord length is good for usual counter top. Great product at great price
