I have purchased these Gummies before. However this batch was awful, I don’t even know how to describe them!! Dried out and awful!

Just received my order hopefully as good as they say they are they taste fantastic

I have been using these are a few months now and can certainly tell the difference, I prefer having these gummies compared to having to use the powder when I’m already using protein powder, eat 4 small gummies and your done. They taste really good to be fair. I was abit sceptical of these when I bought my first packet of these as they were all stuck together ( although they were easy to pull apart) but the last two packets ive bought i havent had that issue. I would recommend these to anyone looking to grow muscle and doesnt want to add another powder supplement to their diet, eat four tasty gummies before you work out and your done.

1 serving is 4 gummies and is only 3000mg of creatine so you only get 20 servings, even less if you want 5000mg like a lot of people (1 gummie is 750mg which is never advertised well). The gummies are tasteless, large and tough, they are a chore to eat. Gummies are meant to make taking creatine easier hence the premium price. Would not recommend stick to powder.

Cons: - If you use this you will have to restock very every 2-3 weeks. Which isnt really a good thing ofc - They stick together in chunks and are melted into each other. - They leave a bad residue on the hands that doesn't go away. - The taste isn't the best - You have to eat 4 pieces for 3 grams of creatine, which makes the process way more tedious. Pros: - convenient - Even if you eat 12 pieces they feel very light on the stomach
