These probiotics are really effective. They help to replace unusual bacteria in your mouth and thus help your gums and teeth. I have gotten better reports at the dentist since starting them. After the initial dosage, you can decrease the frequency and still continue the benefits. I no longer need laser treatments at the dentist since my gums are so much better.
