My tile floor is of a finish that seems to attract dirt and is tough to keep clean. This scrubber works well, especially for the areas where a sponge mop or Swifter don't clean well enough since they don't scrub, especially for the grout joints. This unit, with two batteries, works much better and does the scrubbing itself and is nice and light weight for anyone to use. Rather than filling the somewhat small cleaning solution reservoir, I find it easier to use a spray bottle and not bother with constantly having to step on the spray button. I also suggest using a sponge mop after scrubbing to help get up any excess water/cleaning solution. Overall, a good buy!

First issue I had with this is it’s not a steam mop. But that was on me, I didn’t pay attention to the description. I had searched for “steam mops” and this popped up so I didn’t fully pay attention to the details. I did think for the price though, it REALLY should be a steam mop. That is a pretty pricey “electric mop”. I found other steam mops for around the same price. But I was in need of a mop because the last one I had, broke on me and I was desperate to clean my floors. The next issue I had which was big, to spray the water onto the floor, is a small push button on the base of the mop, no trigger on the handle to spray. Instead you have to press it each time with your foot to spray the water which I found to be a huge nuisance, and if you bend to press it each time and you have a bigger house, that’s even more of a nuisance. The next issue is because it is battery operated, the handle of the machine is pretty heavy, so trying to maneuver it while the pads are spinning, my wrists were sore by the time I was done with my floors, and I only did 3 rooms. The biggest issue I had was it just flat out stopped working. I had charged both batteries before I even started, both batteries were fully charged, but it just stopped. I tried both batteries, I’d try taking the batteries out and put back in, then it’d work for about 10 seconds before it’d stop again. There were no jams, the machine wasn’t hot and I was using just water. The tank was still full of water, so I don’t know why it would stop working. After that issue I said forget it, it wasn’t worth the price or the headaches I had with it, I boxed it up and sent it back the very next day. I was too frustrated with it by then.

Works good but not as good as larger machines. It runs out charge quickly.
