I bought 2 of these on prime day to add to the other plug in ieGeek camera I bought 2 years ago. These are as good quality, picture quality is great even in the dark and setup was a breeze using the QR code on e set up it's as simple as pick the best spot to mount them, screw up the bracket and attach the camera it really couldn't be easier. Time will tell on how well the battery will last but hopefully these will be as good as my first one I bought and will charge up even with the abysmal weather in the UK. The ieGeek app is easy to use and set up and gives a professional feel while being home user friendly as well.

I now have 3 cameras from ieGeek - all have been very reliable and easy to set up. This camera has great clarity and the spotlights are excellent . The siren is loud when used and is a superb security camera. I love the fact it uses an SD card so I have no need for a subscription with all my history being available to review. The solar charging means I do not have to worry about battery charging and hard wiring so installation is a breeze. Also has AI functionality to set humanoid or animal detection / notifications . With a variation in sensitivity to flex the number of detections it triggers. Very happy customer and pleased to confirm I have found all ieGeek products to be good quality with excellent reliability ( used other items for over a year) My neighbour introduced me to the ieGeek range and likes the camera and will be making his own purchase as a result of my feedback. 10/10 Remember to buy an SD card and that operation is best on a sun facing wall ( but still works on a north facing wall! )

Having had this now for a few days I've got to say build quality looks good. Install is very easy and picture quality is good. My only negative is the speed the app connects to the camera is slow, sometimes it can be upto 30 seconds. My WiFi at the camera is between 75% and 80% so I would say that is ok. The charge function works well and the camera is always 90% mins charge but we do have it on a sunny wall. I would recommend the camera as it looks robust well featured and the price is good. Knocked off 1 star as I think the app connection needs improving in my opinion.

Great customer service dept. Others could learn from them. We order a couple of these cameras a day apart. Unwanted visitors around the back of our house breaking into outbuildings!!! They were installed a day apart. We noticed that the first one was losing its charge quicker than the other, we kept a check on it to see how it went on. It then after a couple of weeks lost its charge overnight and then lost what little that was left within an hour. I contacted customer service straight away, (we had to remove the camera to charge it up, not deal) customer service got back very quickly considering it was over a weekend. They made a number of suggestions, which we were already doing most of. Once we’d given time to see how it went they got their technical team to look into it. They thought it was a battery issue so immediately replaced the camera. The replacement arrived much quicker than expected and is now installed & working fine. We noticed a difference straight away with how the camera charged on its initial charge & set up. Customer service were fantastic, we cannot fault them. We love the cameras, we feel our garden is a little safer, better when we get the new gates. My brother in law recommended these cameras, he uses them abroad and is very impressed with them. We are too & highly recommended for peace of mind. They don’t need to be positioned too high to get great video coverage. Easy to set to suit your needs.

Had to recharge on several occasions as battery simply not powering up during daylight hours. It did sort of get some charge initially but now dead as a Dodo and never shows any charge. When it was first installed it did what it said on the box, now it really is a bin job. Update: Currently on charge again but absolutely dead. Orange LED illuminated, reset button does nothing. I can see a lot of people having the same issue so not just me. Come on ieGeek get your act together, do not mind paying a little more for something that lasts.

I bought this security camera for the outside of my house. The battery was rapidly discharging within 2 weeks of being up, despite it being solar power charged. I contacted customer support and they informed me that it’s likely to be a battery malfunction. They kindly and amazingly sent out another camera for free! This camera works perfectly fine and is charging well. The picture quality is crystal clear and it connects without issues to my WiFi router. The camera has amazing AI features and can determine if a human or pet or vehicle passes by, with almost 100% accuracy. It is high sensitive to what is caught on the camera. The app to use with the camera is easy to navigate with an extremely user-friendly interface. In summary, a great purchase and a trustworthy brand and company. Both camera and app work very well. I would highly recommend this security camera.
