Korg - CH-01 CLIPHIT Clip On Electronic Percussion Drum Kit

Good quality and instructions. Produces great sounds from various outside elements. Easy to set up and use. This one was for my daughter to use at school with her students who are all special needs some of whom have very limited movement. The ease of producing great sounds from tapping every day items attached to the clips is ideal and the children benefit from it greatly.

Don`t expect a drum kit feeling- Its more for practising when you are away or can`t carry a drum kit. Lovely idea. Ideally there were more triggers , shame bass drum is not touch sensitive , no midi out , built in speak is lousy. but all said, its very cute , portable and fun.

Great for practicing & also for small gigs where you can not Set a kit up, needs that extra foot pedal tho. There will be some Pro Drummers I know wanting to have a Bash with this, but I love it.

A little bit to expensive; it would be nice to have option to upload new kits/samples through usb and most important thing - it should have at least to more clips connections! But even as it is now - it's a great device for beginners and those of us, who just like to "groove" anytime & everywhere :)

This is not a serious bit of electronic percussion. It's definitely more a toy. The sounds were basic and even through headphones were unconvincing. The ability to attach sensors to any surface is a really great idea and they are sensitive enough to pick up variations in velocity with a corresponding change in volume. With a better set of sounds or ability to download better sounds this could be a great bit of kit.

Good backup kit

Wow !! Given as an Xmas present to our 10yr old grandson this made his Xmas. What an inventive and clever bit of kit !! He has been practising with this playing along to his Charlie Pruth CD and he is in 7th heaven. Many thanks Korg.

È un ottimo acquisto, è arrivato imballato alla perfezione, nello scatolo ho trovato il cervello elettronico, un pedale, 3 clip, e 4 batterie, si sente la mancanza di un alimentatore e di una 4 clip, che avrebbe completato un set base per batteria. Il volume dell altoparlante incastonate nel cervello è basso, ma si può ovviare con l entrata per le casse, e l aux. I file midi che riproducono i suoni della batteria sono abbastanza soddisfacenti, una pecca, non è possibile selezionare i suoni singolarmente per clip, ma solo per set. Lo consiglio per chi volesse esercitarsi sulla batteria, o iniziare a suonarla.

Excellent seller. The package arrived only 5 days after purchase. And it was shipped from Japan, to North Carolina. Amazing. The item's box was very carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, and it arrived in perfect condition. The Korg Clip Hit is an awesome drum machine that anyone can play. I plan on experimenting with different methods of playing it. It's super fun. Watch some YouTube videos to see how cool it is.

Unfortunately the product is not worth the price, quality is very poor and the clips are way to sensitive. You strike once and you hear multiple sounds. I would not recommend. 5 Stars for the great customer service by the seller.
