Ik heb hem een paar weken gekocht en uitgeprobeerd. Helaas aan één kant van de band doet het niet zo goed. Dat merk ik aan de beweging van mijn billen wanneer die samentrek. Ik blijf elke keer aanpassenden soms pakt het goed en ander keer niet. Had ik gelijk terug moeten sturen. Vind wel jammer.

Also das Ding haut schon echt rein, wenn man es ordentlich hochdreht. Allerdings ist es eher was zum unterstützen der Übungen, nicht einfach umschalten und das Beste hoffen. Ems ohne Sport bringt halt nicht wirklich was.
