This was the absolute best book I have ever gotten that truly breaks down all of the information. I wish they had more books like this on different subjects. They helped with memorization things through memory tricks and just keeping the information very organized.

Some of the information are inaccurate in this book, For example page176 (image provided) contains several major inaccuracies in the comparison between veins and arteries. The functions, pressure levels, wall thickness, valve presence, and typical locations are reversed. Arteries carry blood away from the heart under high pressure with thick muscular walls and no valves, while veins carry blood toward the heart under low pressure, have thinner walls, and contain valves to prevent backflow. These are crucial and very important basic information for students, the chart is misleading and should be corrected to avoid confusion, especially for students studying anatomy, physiology, or nursing.

My book is very nice, but it came in paperback and it was supposed to be spiral bound. So just a heads up.
