I bought the Tynor Heating Pad Regular (Grey, Universal Size) for my grandmother, and it has truly been a great purchase. The pad is soft, comfortable, and fits well around her back and shoulders without slipping. The heat it provides feels soothing and gentle, just what she needs for her everyday aches and stiffness. Excellent product

I bought the Tynor Heat Belt to help relieve pain during my recovery from back spine surgery, and what happened next was not only disappointing but also dangerous. After just 4 months of use, the belt short-circuited and literally blasted while I was using it! I had trusted this product to provide relief, but instead, it put me at serious risk. Imagine relying on a product for pain relief, only to have it malfunction in such a hazardous way. I was lucky not to be severely injured, but the fact that this happened at all is shocking. Given that people use this belt while in vulnerable states (like during injury recovery), this defect could cause even more damage to someone already in pain. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this product. It's not worth the risk of potential harm. The quality and safety of this heat belt are completely unacceptable. There are better, safer options out there. Do not risk your health by purchasing this defective product!

not as good as i expected.The control switch does not work properly

Product is not good ..there is heating issue in heating pad.

It's electronic item, so it can work for years or can be unresponsive within 10-15 days of use, which happened with me, but companies after sales service is very cooperative, as in my case they are changing the item free of cost (right now waiting for it). But I must say, it worked well for those two weeks also, within 2-3 days my back pain reduced drastically after using it. Update: I got the replacement free of cost and now product is working fine. There are many products in market however after sales service makes the difference.

I purchased the Tynor Heating Pad on Amazon, and it was delivered on 28th September. Shockingly, by 13th October, it stopped heating completely even though the power indicator was still on. I used it with proper care and as per the instructions, but the product quality is absolutely pathetic. A heating pad is supposed to be reliable, especially for pain relief, but this one failed within just two weeks of use. It’s a complete waste of money and extremely disappointing from a brand like Tynor. I strongly advise others not to buy this product — poor durability, unreliable performance, and not worth the price.
