Epic Dental 100% Xylitol Sweetened Breath Mints, Peppermint, 180 Ct (Pack of 2)

My dental hygienist recommended these mints to me. They are better than I expected. They taste great. They are sugar free which is a plus. They are suppose to help with dry mouth and kill off the bacteria in your mouth.Those are two health benefits that are good for me. They are easy to use. Just pop a mint in your mouth and let it dissolve. I keep some in my purse so when I am on the go and can’t brush then I let the mints kill the bacteria. I like the fact these mints came in a two pack. These are peppermint. And the flavor is good. It is not too strong either. Next, I want to try the cinnamon. The price was a little high, but it is worth it. If these mints kill off bacteria in your mouth, then it is worth every penny. I would recommend these mints to anyone.

Hands down the best gum on the market. Great taste and texture, plus it makes my teeth feel like I just brushed them. Only downside is that the gym does at least for me, start to breakdown after a few hours of chewing. Other than that though it's my go to gum!

I've ordered the peppermint, Cinnamon, and Fresh Fruit. Personally, I prefer the fresh fruit because the other flavors sting my tongue a little bit BUT I discovered a post about the Fresh Fruit being acidic and had to test for myself. UNFORTUNATELY, the Fresh Fruit is now double confirmed acidic and I will not purchase it anymore. I am leaving my test results in the photos. I used the same size containers with 100ml of distilled water and 4 crushed mints of each in their own containers. Then, I mixed them up with their own stainless steel spoons and tested. In a nut shell, the darker the test result the better. My test shows enough about the Fresh Fruit to make it banned from my house. Otherwise, I believe Peppermint to be the most effect option and Cinnamon appears acceptable. I hope this helps anyone on their teeth health journey! :D
