Mounting plate and flange stuck together, no way to use this product as it was shipped. I had several strong neighbors try to separate these items, but they could not do it. I am returning them and ordering from a different vendor.

Grab bars
I received the door hangers but the grab door box wasn't with it. I see you took a picture. I checked over all my stuff I ordered again and again. There isn't any grab bars.
