This Decent Nature Berberine/Cinnamon in capsules makes it painless to take your daily dose.
OK, at age 88 I consult the Internet for suggestions about health products. Let's face it; there are lots of quacks and scams out there, and perhaps honest health care specialists who recommend products that work for some folks, but not for me. Berberine combined with Ceylon Cinnamon is an oft-mentioned health aid. I'm not claiming any health benefit, but I'm using it. I prefer organic supplements with high purity, and I prefer glass rather than plastic containers. I don't know whether this brand is truthful, but it claims a high percentage of Cinnamon, and "premium" Berberine. The potential downside of plastic containers is that the plasticizers are suspected of being absorbed into the product. My preference for long term storage of meds is glass containers.
