I'm on the keto diet and was getting dehydrated so I needed to find electrolytes to add to my water. I looked up a lot of different kinds till I found native path. It only has 1 carb per scoop. I use a huge 64 ounce water jug and only use 1 scoop and i can still taste the flavor. It took me about a week to get used to the flavor but now I'm spoiled and can't drink regular water. I definitely think the instructions of 1 scoop per 8 ounces would be way to sweet. I have been using now for about 8 months and I can definitely say it has helped with my dehydration. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't dissolve well in my water jug. I shake and shake it but it leaves residue on the inside of my jug. I have to clean it out everynight with special brushes.

I was taking creatine prior to this and was drinking about a gallon of water daily to stay hydrated enough and didn't want to get dehydrated from peeing it all out and this electrolyte replacement powder is just the answer. Tastes great and mixes very well

This was purchased as I had read some research that encouraged mineral hydration to decrease nighttime bathroom trips. I haven't noticed a decrease in trips yet, but it's not unpleasant, so I will continue until the jar is empty. One thought is that it is quite strong tasting. I began using more water than the directions specify to tone itvdown.

Good flavor. Want to drink it more than the once a day. My problem is, I am not thirsty for the rest of the day. Need to put some flavor in order to drink the needed amount of water for hydration. (Lemon, lime, etc. with a pinch of sugar)

I really did not like the flavor at all. Discontinued using. You might like it though

This is a great drink. We have found that drinking the 1 glass everyday has boosted our energy. slowed renal disease down. Overall, we feel energized and young. Since we are well hydrated, we do make a few more pit stops Best when mixed with cold water dissolve easier and faster. No gritty texture. The enclosed little scoop makes it easy to use. Daily use is a simple 1 scoop to a glass of water. Taste a lot like strawberry lemonade. As far as pain relief or strength I have no clear answer simple amino acids may help reduce aches but I truly haven't noticed.

Taste great, easy to use, great hydration

I like the flavor of this product. The powder mixes very well. It has electrolytes plus amino acids, which is a plus. It is a little pricey but one container will last me two months.
