Great size arractive mug
Fine china great sized mug if like a big cup tea. Nice bright colours and pattern . Good shaped handle easy to hold .

Beautiful, elegant mug
Having accidentally smashed my first of these mugs by knocking it off the table, I went back to using my old ceramic coffee mug & noticed such a difference! These mugs are definitely fine but not flimsy. They have a pleasant weight to them and, unlike many large topped mugs, keep the coffee hot. I really wouldn't want to go back to using any other mugs.

Beautiful, thin walled mug
Love that this mug has a large capacity yet it's quite light as the porcelain is nicely thin. Beautiful as a present too.

Charged for returned broken item
I ordered two of these mugs, so I could have one at home and one at work. Both arrived with cracks by the handle. I returned both, in the same parcel that they both were delivered in together. Despite sending them both back how they arrived, I have still been charged for one of them, saying it wasn't returned. Which is crazy considering they were together. Awful, just awful. Still trying to get my money back.
