These oxygen eliminator packs are great for the use with the freeze dryer equipment. After the foods have been freeze dried, they are put in an air tight container. The oxygen eliminator pack helps maintain the foods consistency.

very good price. only problem was my package was open.

I can only hope they are working.
The reason this is only getting four stars is I purchased this to extend the shelf life of foods I purchased for my emergency supply. Only problem is I have NO idea if they are working or not since the mylar bags I bought are black so I can't see inside. Still 100 packs for six bucks is a great buy.

Buying in quantity I use these in the jars I store my rice and macaroni in. Keeps moisture out of my food.

I dehydrate a lot of fruit for us to take out on the sailboat and we put one of these little packs in every container of dried apples dried bananas dried blueberries and they work really good and they're a great value for the money as well
