Great size for smaller frames. Great weight, not too heavy, Provided great warmth and good heat level. Battery life lasted.

What I like about it is also what I dislike about it. It's small, discrete, and easily worn under a sweater or hoodie. The negative is that it's small and doesn't cover a lot of area. It's mostly a neck warmer, and doesn't cover much of my shoulder at all. Also the battery life is not great, and takes f o r e v e r to charge. So if you're looking for something comfortable to wear while out and about in the winter or performing light chores around, this is great. If you're expecting deep tissue relief, you'll probably be disappointed.

Not good at all 😕 shoulder heating pad

This product does its job. It’s well made and holds a charge. The heat level is just right for me. I stick this in my work bag and use it frequently for pain relief. I like the portability, and the size. It is very discreet, and light. I like this product a lot.

Met expectations.

It worked for short time. After 2 months of using can’t get to recharge again.

I like that it’s light weight and slim. It has good heat and is very soothing for my sore neck and shoulders, which was what I was looking for. Only thing I don’t like is that it does take a long time to charge and then the battery life is too short. Would love it more if not for those things.
