Water bottle leaked and wheel makes noise but after replacing those two my hamsters loves this cage she’s finally living life!

Worst cage ever. Doesn’t set up easily or well, rats chewed through the habits within days, and the cage never set up fully. We ended up Throwing this cage away. It was so awful I couldn’t even donate it to a shelter in need. Worst waste of my money in a very long time. Not easy to set up, clean, or keep set up.

(Picture has attached cage unrelated to this cage on the left) I almost never write reviews for things online, but I am so happy with this cage that I am compelled to write one. I got the package a day early which was nice. The instructions were super vague and I had to figure out most of it on my own which was pretty easy. It took a few hours. But once I did I put Squishy in their and she loved it. No cage biting! Her former cage on the left in the picture was too small and due to this she would bite the bars. Now she does not. She is so stimulated with the tubes and everything. She seems really happy. To make more space I added my previous cage by cutting some wires and using the extra tubes that came with the cage and it's so much fun to see her go between them. I am very happy with this purchase and it was even less than the smaller cage! And there's no down side. I have a Sirien hamster, so I would say this size works for all hamsters genuinely. 10/10

The overhead tube tunnel is not stable, and the entire tube construction shifts back and forth with the pet's movement. It comes apart pretty easily, making it somewhat dangerous to the pet. Cleaning this thing out is really difficult, with all the nooks and crannies. You also have to disconnect the overhead tube to clean the upper two rooms. The lack of a solid wall means stuffing and poop gets thrown out of the cages and on the floor. Brilliant. Quality is pretty cheap and it doesn't fit well. Cage needed to be crimped with pliers to make it not wobble apart. The instructions were god awful, and I pity someone not used to putting things like this together for they'd be lost. Frankly, it's a pretty great idea but it falls flat with execution and quality. One of the little ramps even came broken, so I had to flue it together. Even though the don't seem as fun, get the little aquarium-style habitats. So much better in so many ways.

Was time consuming putting it together and had a roof piece that was bent which I semi straightened out with a pair of pliers. Thought there was pieces missing but ended up finding them after contacting the seller. Seller wanted me to send pics of everything so they could send me some small clips and there was no way I was taking this whole thing apart after 2 hrs work putting it together to prove that something that superficial wasn't there. How can you send pics of a missing item anyway? They never answered me back and that was 2 weeks ago. Glad I did find the small bag these items were in. Also the directions are very vague and I had to open the pic of it on my phone numerous times to get a visual which helped tremendously. All in all it is a decent cage and worth the money if you have the time and patience to put it together. I recommend buying a diffrent wheel as the one that comes with it was too flimsy and didn't work properly.

Cheap made the wheel isn’t even big enough for the hamster the tubing doesn’t fasten together very well not very happy with the purchade

I think it’s great for the price and there’s quite a bit that comes with it if you have nothing. Took a while to set up. Maybe 45 min to 1.5 hrs. Think it has enough levels and tubes for our one dwarf hamster. He love the little house. Tubes are a little tricky but not too bad. Clean it outside with a hose fast. Inside in a big sink or a shower pretty quick too.

The size and room in this cage is great, lots of room for hammie to run and play and get exercise. Cons: water bottle way to small, wheel is to small,( made for more like a dwarf hamster) and house at the top is too small for regular hamster. Also, it's a pain to put together as instructions are NOT very clear, and only a small sheet showing you a few steps. But for the price it's worth it for hammie to have the room to play.
